Ahi tiene un tutorial mi estimado

1.- http://imageshack.us/ (http://imageshack.us/)
2.- Pincha "BROWSE"
3.- Selecciona la foto
4.- START UPLOAD
5.- Copia el primer link en naranjo ("Direct link to image")

En elbombero.cl
1.- Pincha boton insertar imagen
2.- Pega el link y presiona OK

y si la foto esta en Internet clic botón derecho y copiar url y cuando vayas a escribir un mensaje en un tema pincha en insertar enlace o insertar imagen y copias url seleccionado y lo subes antes puedes ver el mensaje previo...
ojala te sirva aprendí hace poco igual jaja
